NUTRITION CHANGE PROGRAM

5-WEEK PROGRAM          3,900 CZK

 

We will start with a measurement on the InBody scale, an explanation of the results, an assessment of your current diet, exercise, and daily routine. Based on the measurements, your goals, and your dietary preferences, I will create a personalized weekly meal plan for you. Subsequently, I will teach you how to create your own meal plan to suit your taste and minimize preparation time. You will receive materials to assist you in meal planning. I am always happy to answer your questions.

 

Overall, you will receive both initial and final measurements on the InBody bioimpedance scale, 3 hours of consultations, a individually tailored weekly meal plan, materials with principles of healthy eating, and ideas for individual meals.

3-MONTH PROGRAM            CZK 8,500

 

The 3-month program involves intensive collaboration with my full support. The foundation is similar to the 5-week program. We will start with a measurement on the InBody scale, an explanation of the results, an assessment of your current diet, exercise, and daily routine. Based on the measurements, your goals, and your dietary preferences, I will create a personalized weekly meal plan for you. Subsequently, I will teach you how to create your own meal plan to suit your taste and minimize preparation time. You will receive materials to assist you in meal planning. I am always happy to answer your questions via WhatsApp or email. Through the app, I will monitor your diet and provide impulses for improvement. Every 14 days, we will conduct measurements on the InBody, and during the hourly consultation, there will be time for questions or exercises.

 

Overall, you will receive 6 measurements on the InBody bioimpedance scale, 11 hours of consultations, an individually tailored weekly meal plan, materials with principles of healthy eating, and ideas for individual meals.

FITNESS TRAINING / HEALTH EXERCISES

Depending on your goals, we can agree on a training session lasting 60  or 90 minutes. I recommend longer training if you want to include health exercises (prevention of back pain, strengthening of the center of the body, joint mobility, increasing flexibility, diastasis, healthy feet)
