ABOUT ME

I am a nutritionist with accreditation from the MŠMT, a certified personal trainer and health exercise instructor.

For more than 10 years, I have been helping my clients strengthen muscles, reduce fat and have a healthy functional body through diet and exercise. A pleasant side effect is a lot of energy, better sleep and a great mood. Find some time for yourself and give it a try with me!

I will create a meal plan based on your favorite dishes, teaching you how to adjust it according to your current taste and situation, so that my meal plan will soon no longer be needed. I will find the kind of exercise that you enjoyed and will be effective for your goals. You won't be alone in this change - I will be your partner, motivating you and making it enjoyable.

BODY COMPOSITION DIAGNOSTICS

InBody bioimpedance scale:


It will determine the volume of your muscles, fats, amount of water, mineral substances and evaluate whether the measured values are within the norm or if it is advisable to change your lifestyle.


It will show you how much visceral fat surrounds your internal organs and if you are at risk of cardiovascular disease.


Based on the measurements, it determines your metabolic age, degree of obesity and the value of the basal metabolism, from which it is then possible to calculate the optimal calorie intake for the selected physical activity.

How much can be achieved in a few weeks with me?

  • I will assess your eating habits and show you areas for improvement

  • we will regularly measure your body composition and evaluate the results of our work

  • I will draw up an exercise plan for you

  • I will put together a weekly meal plan that respects your tastes and habits

  • I will teach you how to make your own meal plan

  • you will receive materials with the principles of a healthy eating style and lists of ideas for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. We also consider seasons or foods you don't like

 

FITNESS  TRAINING / HEALTH EXERCISES

According to the diagnosis of the musculoskeletal system, your goals and time options, I will create a tailored training for you. The time you spend practicing with me will be effective.


We can work together on shaping the figure and selected muscle parts, focus on compensatory training for another sport or focus primarily on health exercises during training, during which we strengthen the center of the body, increase mobility, strengthen the body after childbirth and pregnancy or focus on the prevention of back pain .

Throughout my years of practice, I have worked with people of various ages, with different goals, and preferences in diet and exercise. I want to get to know you and choose an approach that truly fits you. I always strive to respect your daily schedule, the dietary habits of your family, and the type of exercise that you enjoy.

If you have a baby at home or prefer exercising at home, we can arrange consultations and training sessions at your place.
